GURUGRAM: On Friday, Nishant Kumar Yadav, Deputy commissioner, made a four-member team or committee to investigate the allegations of fire-fighting facilities in a society where a flame gutted an apartment on the day of festival season in Sohna did not fulfil the mandatory requirements. The four-member team has been issued for investigation.
An official said a team of four-member district town planners, Amit Madholia, VK Meena, additional deputy commissioner, additional commissioner of Sohna police and deputy director of fire services, would visit the society for observation.
The official added in a statement the spokesperson of the developer has been asked to be at the society and carry all the project documents.

No person was injured in this incident, but the flame got to most of the flats; the fire happened at the (D-63) flat in Flower Valley society at night.
The DC’s order said the homeowner of the apartment registered a complaint in this matter and claimed that the fire misfortune happened due to the developer’s and his team’s absolute carelessness and issued an FIR against this accident.
Vishwas Kapoor, owner of the house and The complainant, said he got ownership of the flat around a year ago, and his sister was living there.
He said on the night of the festive season when my sister returned to the apartment around 11:20 pm, she found the flat was up in a blaze, and more than 100 people were waiting and standing at the flat and waiting for someone to call the fire brigade.

Vishwas Kapoor claimed there were no fire alarms and fire equipment in the 100-acre township, nor getting help from the maintenance team.
The security guards needed to figure out what to do in that situation. They seemed helpless because there was no fire-fighting system in the township beside some sand. The flat had burnt down approx. within 30 minutes. We have registered an FIR of this accident and asked for a criminal complaint against the builder,” he added in a statement.
