
GURUGRAM: The Haryana Real Estate Regulatory Authority (H-Rera) has controlled the sale and purchase of units in two big projects after their developers regularly failed to produce the documents required for registering the project to the Authority. The RERA registration and the license, NEO Square Commercial, have expired.
Haryana Real Estate Regulatory Authority (H-Rera) has also served show-cause notices to two other projects for not completing the registration process, which is mandatory for every project.

The authority chief, KK Khandelwal, said that the Haryana RERA registration and the license of the Neo Square commercial project have expired as of date.

The promoter has already been allowed seven opportunities to rectify the commission and still failed to correct the deficiencies, including the renewal of the license of this project.
A show-cause notice has been issued to the promoter as to why the application for a grant of extension of registration of the project shall not be rejected.
He also added that the promoter had been restrained not to indulge in the sale of units in the project till permission for registration to remain in force is granted by the Authority.
Registration Expires, Haryana (H-RERA) Bans Sale
A Rera organization consisting of the chairman and three official members said on Friday. RERA has issued a public notice to inform them not to be involved in this project’s sale and purchase.

Also, the promoters of the Centra One project in Sector 61, Gurgaon, failed to obey and correct the deficiencies in 30 days, as no one was present on behalf of the promoter during a hearing held on September 12.
The promoters of both the projects have been served notices for license renewal, and they must reply with corrective measures within a month, it added.
The Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) quorum consists of three members. The chairman also told the people not to be involved in this project as the registration had expired.
