Real Estate Developer Trehan Iris has leased over one lakh square feet of its Iris Broadway mall in Sector 85 and 86, Gurugram, between April and June.
In this way, the company has leased more than 35,000 square feet in the first three months. The lease comprises 2.5 million square feet in retail, and around 56,000 sq ft of space in the hotel, rated four stars.
