Singular (Resident of India):
- 2 visa size photos of every candidate.
- Self authenticated duplicate of PAN Card of every candidate.
- Self authenticated duplicate of address confirmation of every candidate.
- Affidavit(s) as per AnnexureC and Annexure D.
- Self attested copy of Adhaar Card of each applicant.
NRI/ OCl/P10:
- 2 passport size photographs of each applicant.
- Self attested copy of address proof of each applicant.
- NRI/OCI /PIO proof in case of an NRI/OCI /PIO customer.
- Self attested copy of passport in case of an NRI/OCUPIO Customer.
- Original/Registered C.P.A. or certified copy of the same from the office of the concerned Registrar, in case required.
- Letterfrom the executant that the G.P.A. is valid till date.
- In case ofTelegraphic Transfer, a copy of Debit Advice from the remitting bank. 8. In case of Demand Draft(s) (DD), the confirmation from the banker that the DD has been prepared from the proceeds of NRE/NRO account of the applicant.
